How we handle your data.

This is a placeholder privacy policy for the PathwayOS pilot. Before public launch, our legal team will replace this with a full policy covering data collection, minors' data, retention, third-party processors, and your rights under GDPR, CCPA, and equivalent local laws.

What we collect

Account information you provide, the responses you give during onboarding, tasks you complete, essays and documents you upload, and product usage telemetry needed to make the platform work.

Minors

Because our platform is designed for students in Grades 9–12, many users will be under 18. We take extra care with data minimization, parental consent workflows where required, and age-appropriate content moderation.

Third parties

We use vetted infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, payments and AI. We do not sell your data. We do not train third-party models on your personal information.
